Comhthogra é HTI idir an Roinn Tithíochta, Rialtais Áitiúil agus Oidhreachta agus an Chomhairle Oidhreachta. Cabhróidh an maoiniú €2m le poist a chur ar fáil trí athnuachan faoi stiúir na hoidhreachta agus tacóidh sé le scileanna tógála traidisiúnta.
