​Information on the Heritage Council’s response to COVID19

The Heritage Council is following Government advice, and from 13th March until 29 March, all Heritage Council staff will work remotely.

The Government have announced measures designed to protect the health and safety of our community during this difficult time.

The Heritage Council is following Government advice, and from 13th March until further notice, all Heritage Council staff will work remotely.

All planned Heritage Council events are deferred from13 March until further notice.

Regrettably, our phone lines may not be staffed during this period. However, if you have urgent queries please email: mail@heritagecouncil.ie and we will endeavour to do our best to respond in as timely a manner as possible.

The Senior Management Team will continue to coordinate with Government and monitor the situation. We have put in place measures to continue our work while ensuring that our staff, and the wider heritage communities with whom we work, remain protected and safe.

We will continue to update the public via our website and social media channels.
