A summary report of the key findings of a major ‘business survey’ assessing the strengths and opportunities of Tipperary Town Centre has been launched today by the Heritage Council, Tipperary Town Chamber, Tipperary Town Revitalisation Taskforce and Tipperary County Council.
Ten museums received accreditation today under the prestigious Museum Standards Programme for Ireland (MSPI), coordinated by The Heritage Council. The certificates were presented at a special online ceremony.
The GAA Museum maintains accreditation, while Crawford Art Gallery; Kilkenny Castle; Museum of Free Derry and Thomas MacDonagh Museum achieve full accreditation.

More than 180 projects across Ireland will share €1.5 million under two special grant schemes run by The Heritage Council. The funding will boost local economies, grow tourism, and enhance community spirit by supporting local heritage projects.
