Galleries Libraries Archives Museums (GLAM) Awards Project Administrator - Executive Officer (2-year Fixed Term Contract)

Working closely with the existing cultural heritage team within The Heritage Council’s Research, Learning and Cultural Heritage department, the GLAM Project Administrator will report directly to the GLAM Awards Programme Manager. The role requires strong administrative capability, excellent communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, particularly in relation to event coordination, secretariat functions, grant administration, and communications support.

Place of Work

The Heritage Council’s headquarters is located at Church Lane Kilkenny. Recognising the importance of work-life balance, the organisation supports a range of flexible options, including blended working and flexible start and finish times.
