Planning Officer with The Heritage Council

The Planning Officer will support The Heritage Council’s Senior Planner in achieving the aims and objectives of Our Place in Time: Heritage Council Strategic Plan 2023-28.

The Planning Officer will assist the Senior Planner to implement The Heritage Council’s prescribed planning role and other heritage/environmental planning policy, research and guidance work for The Heritage Council in line with policies adopted by The Heritage Council. 

The ideal candidate will have an interest in environmental/heritage planning challenges. The candidate should be a good communicator with a high level of initiative, flexibility and commitment.
