One proposal per group in a given fiscal year. Proposals are reviewed and grants decisions are made by an employee grants council in Europe.
An eligibility quiz is to be taken to determine that the application:
- is focused on action
- is being used to fund action addressing the root cause of issues
- is being used by a charitable organisation
