The overall objective of this scheme is to support the implementation of bottom-up local and regional strategies.
- EU JTF Local Economic and Community Plans (LECP) Projects. Grant Size : Minimum €200,000 up to a maximum of €1,000,000
- EU JTF Regional Enterprise Plans/Strategic Flagship Projects (REP) Grant Size: Minimum €1,000,000 up to a maximum of €5,000,000
The overall objective of this scheme is to support the implementation of bottom-up local and regional strategies. This means funding projects that support the workers and communities by prioritising the generation of employment for former peat communities by investing in the diversification of the local economy within the eligible area.
All projects must be delivered within or provide benefit to the EU JTF Territory. All applicants not based within the EU JTF Territory must clearly demonstrate in their application their links to the territory and how their project will benefit the EU JTF territory. Eligible Organisations:
- Local Authorities (LAs) within the EU JTF Territory
- Local Development Companies (LDCs)
- Local Community Development Committees (LCDCs)
- Education and Training Boards (ETBs)
- Educational Institutions
- Other Public Bodies
- Community and Voluntary organisations
- Social Enterprises
- Charities
- Not-for-profit organisations
- Meeting the Horizontal Principles (10%)
- Organisation Governance and Sustainability (10%)
- Value for Money (20%)
- Achievability (30%)
- Meeting the Programme Objectives (30%)
