Proposals can include creative activities, performances, readings, workshops, interactive installations, etc. that can run in the lead up to Cruinniú with a main event on 10th June OR a one-off event happening on 10th June.
If artists/ creative professionals are engaged in the project, evidence must be shown in the budget of the proposed budget that the artists will receive fair pay and conditions.
Evidence of having an up to date child protection policy or the child protection policy of your partner organisation.
Evidence for up to date Garda Vetting for those working with children & young people.
Evidence for groups/organisations/self- employed individuals/ artists to be tax compliant, having appropriate insurances in place and meeting all Health and Safety requirements.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all permissions, approvals, licenses or consents needed for your project are secured.
Assessment criteria is determined by each Local Authority; there is a common focus on experience in running events for young people, the alignment of the application to local strategies and the priorities of the fund.
