Creative Europe brings together actions supporting the European cultural and creative sectors.
For CREA-CULT-2024-COOP-1 European Cooperation Projects (Small-scale): maximum EU grant amount €200,000 per project.
For CREA-CULT-2024-COOP-2 European Cooperation Projects (Medium scale): maximum EU grant amount €1,000, 000 per project.
Creative Europe brings together actions supporting the European cultural and creative sectors. The term 'Cultural and creative sectors' means all sectors whose activities are based on cultural values or artistic and other individual or collective creative expressions.
The activities may include the development, the creation, the production, the dissemination and the preservation of goods and services, which embody cultural, artistic or other creative expressions, as well as education or management, related to these activities.
Those sectors include, inter alia, architecture, archives, libraries and museums, artistic crafts, audio-visual (including film, television, video games and multimedia), tangible and intangible cultural heritage, design (including fashion design), festivals, music, literature, performing arts, books and publishing, radio, and visual arts.
The general objectives of the Programme are:
- to safeguard, develop and promote European cultural and linguistic diversity and heritage.
- to increase the competitiveness and the economic potential of the cultural and creative sectors, in particular the audio-visual sector.
In order to be eligible, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must:
- be legal entities (public or private bodies)
- be established in one of the eligible countries
Proposals must be submitted by a consortium of at least 3 or 5 applicants (beneficiaries; not affiliated entities), which complies with the following conditions:
- CREA-CULT-2024-COOP-1 European Cooperation Projects (Small-scale): minimum 3 independent entities from 3 different eligible countries
- CREA-CULT-2024-COOP-2 European Cooperation Projects (Medium-scale): minimum 5 independent entities from 5 different eligible countries

- Quality of content and activities 30%
- Project management 20%
- Dissemination 20%
