What work the Heritage Council is funding this year:
Funding from the Heritage Council assists the IMA in presenting an annual calendar of events that provide professional development and networking opportunities to the sector through two annual conferences, two annual forums on Collections, Education and Outreach and an annual high-profile lecture; provide advocacy and assistance through the maintenance of a full-time, staffed office; and information through publications such as the website www.irishmuseums.org, monthly e-news, and the annual publication Museum Ireland.
