Provision of ICT Support Services for the Heritage Council.
The Heritage Council seeks tenders for the provision of ICT support services.
1. First Level services – Help Desk and Ticketing service
2. Second Level services – On-site technical support
3. Third Level services – Remote Monitoring and on-site Infrastructure support
These services will be required as directed from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm, excluding Public Holidays.
