Meet in the Garden "Rendez-vous aux Jardins"
Join garden owners and managers all across Europe for a weekend of events and activities celebrating our wonderful gardens and parks.
A European wide initiative "Rendez-vous aux jardins" -"Meet in the garden" is a weekend long celebration of events, demonstrations and other activities celebrating our garden heritage and the skills and know how of the people who work there.
Over 3,000 parks, public and private gardens all over Europe are due to take part in the event which takes place from 7th-9th June 2019.
The theme for this year is "Animals in the garden". We're calling on garden owners, managers, park departments and all responsible for gardens in Ireland to organise events and activities for the public throughout the weekend.
On Friday 7th June organisers are encouraged to organise events and activities for school children.
