  • A panel discussion with experts from SEED aimed at both teachers and parents.
  • 12 pm – 1pm: Choose from 2 workshops
  • Hands-on demonstration on sowing seeds and transplanting seedlings – ISSA staff
  • Seed Variety Trials in Ireland – Madeline McKeever, Brown Envelope Seeds
  • 1 pm – 2 pm: Lunch
  • 2 pm – 3 pm: Choose from 2 workshops
  • Seed Sowing and Saving for Beginners – Frank Bouchier, former ISSA head gardener
  • Seed Guardian Networks in the UK – Neil Munro, Heritage Seed Library, UK

  • Irish Potatoes – History, Lore and How to Grow
