Statement of Strategy
The Heritage Council's Strategic Plan builds on the achievements of the Council since it's establishment in 1995. The plan lays down the Council's corporate vision for the coming years and sets out a clear path for the future work of the organisation.
The Heritage Council Strategic Plan 2012-2016
The Heritage Council’s five-year Strategic Plan 2012-2016 identifies 16 objectives focused on supporting employment, education and awareness, and heritage-based tourism.

Statement of Strategy 2007 - 2011
In this document you will find defined strategies and policy objectives. Underpinning the thrust of this Strategic Plan is the Council’s strong belief in the importance of working in partnership to ensure that Ireland’s heritage is accessible to and enjoyed by all members of society.
