In this section you will find County Heritage Plans outlining strategies for promoting and protecting local and regional heritage. County Heritage Plans highlight the strategic importance of heritage and each plan outlines proposals for managing and promoting heritage at a county level.

Public Consultation
Following an initial public consultation in spring 2009, County Roscommon Heritage Forum has prepared a draft County Roscommon Heritage Plan for the years 2012-2016.
You are invited to have your say on the draft County Roscommon Heritage Plan 2012-2016. Please make your submission before 26th August 2011.
