The Impacts of Climate Change on Northern Ireland - Conference
Climate change affects all elements of Northern Ireland society. Whilst the climate outlook is extremely uncertain, we can use the best scientific evidence available together with established risk-based decision approaches to assess risks and decide how we in Northern Ireland can make plans to adapt to our changing climate.
This conference will present the results of the major UK Climate Change Risk Assessment exercise and will provide information and tools, minimising future costs, which will allow you to plan ahead to ensure that we protect our people, environment and infrastructure from excessive damage.
