The National Gallery of Ireland houses the National Collection of Irish Art and European master paintings, including masterpieces by Caravaggio, Rembrandt, Vermeer, Poussin and Picasso. The collection comprises paintings, drawings, watercolours, miniatures, sculpture, icons and objets d’art. The National Gallery is constantly evolving, with wings dating from 1864, 1903, 1968 and 2002, together with an extensive programme of lectures, workshops and events for the public.

Is anso atá an Bailiúchán Náisiúnta ina bhfuil na máistrí Eireannacha agus Eorpacha, ina measc Caravaggio, Rembrandt, Vermeer, Poussin agus Picasso.

Tá gach saghas saothar ealaíne anso seachas péintéireacht; líníocht, mionphictiúirí, dealbhóireacht agus samhlacha beannaithe ina measc. Bítear de shíor ag athrú agus ag forbairt. Tá sciatháin a théann siar go 1864, 1903, 1968 agus 2002 maraon le clár fairsing léachtaí, ceardlanna agus ócáidí eile dá leithéid.
