11th International Conference on Industrial Heritage is taking place in Gijon (Asturias - Spain) on 23 - 26 September 2009.
The main theme of this event is Film Industry as Heritage.
The Heritage Council is actively supportive of the Industrail Heritage sector and recognises the need for pro-active policies to support the welfare and understanding of such significant sites and their social histories.
