Communications Assistant (Via Jobbridge Scheme)

The intern will gain practical experience in a wide range of communications and event management skills as well as useful experience with social media and web content management. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following; web content management, heritage issues, Heritage Week, media planning. On completion the intern will have attained skills in social media, media planning, event management, website development.This post would suit someone with a keen interest in heritage/environment issues and/or is an English graduate who would like to develop applied skills in communications. It would suit someone who is a good communicator and is comfortable working with a team as well as on their own. Excellent writing and social media skills are essential. The post is based in Kilkenny City.Please Note:
This is an Internship. An allowance of €50 per week will be paid in addition to your current Social Welfare payment. See eligibility criteria above.
