Lost Irish Waterways

Web page established by Brian J Goggin linking to websites describing Irish waterways that formerly carried commercial traffic but that no longer do so. "Some of them are still navigable and carry pleasure-boats; others are not navigable any longer. Some of them are reasonably well documented but some are not.

I would be grateful if you could point me to sources of information about the waterways already covered on the website. I would also welcome pointers to the existence of waterways I don't know about." Click here to view the website at: http://irishwaterwayshistory.com/abandoned-or-little-used-irish-waterways/
