Two separate exhibitions exploring the themes of this year’s PhotoIreland Festival - Migrations: Diaspora & Cultural Identity. Gunning’s photographic series explores the contemporary lives of today’s Argentine Irish Diaspora incorporating text and transcripts from the National Library. Monahan’s photographic series of large prints documents Ireland’s new generation of emigrants.
