ARCHITECTURE INITIATIVE
The Mayglass Farmstead project is one of the most significant conservation projects carried out by the heritage Council. Mounting the first project of its kind ever undertaken in Ireland, the Heritage Council succeeded in conserving this special place using traditional skills such as thatching and mud-wall construction.
