In partnership with national agencies, Local Authorities and community and voluntary groups nationwide, the Heritage Council aims to manage, conserve and promote the national heritage, particularly at local level. Through a range of initiatives, publications, events and grant-aided projects that we support throughout the country, we hope to engage, educate and engender an enjoyment of our heritage which contributes so much to our economic, social and environmental and well-being.
