Archaeology Grants Programme

Please note in light of current changes the Heritage Council is reviewing its grants schemes and will be proposing a number of changes to existing schemes for 2010.  Three schemes on Heritage Research, Heritage Management, and Heritage Education Community and Outreach will run  in  2010.  Work on the criteria and  application forms  is currently underway.  Further information on these will be available during September. Please check back for further information or register for our online newsletter on the front page for updates.

The INSTAR Programme: INSTAR (the Irish National Strategic Archaeological Research) funds thematic archaeological research. It supports projects that require short to medium-term assistance and facilitates collaboration on national or international levels.
