The Irish Heritage Trust
The Irish Heritage Trust is in the process of developing an exciting range of e-learning resources for Fota House in Cork. They will focus on the social, functional and architectural history of the house, both above and below stairs. Generously supported by The Heritage Council, the resources will be based around the Transition Year and Leaving Cert curricula and are designed to support and encourage teachers in bringing students to experience heritage as a primary source through themed, multi disciplinary interpretation.
The Trust would like to consult with teachers and those involved in creating learning experiences for this age group in order to create relevant and engaging resources.
