CABE Space leaders conference
in association with GreenSpace London 9th & 10 March 2011
This two-day leadership development event is designed for current and aspiring green space managers and will include a selection of talks, workshops and case studies delivered by experts from the UK and US, whilst providing opportunities to network and share experiences. The programme will help delegates make the case for their services in the face of ever tighter public finances and will cover:
- Paying for parks: Sourcing funds and generating income
- Animating your space: Running events and activities
- Managing your team through change
- Standing up for your service: Influencing and advocacy
- Public-private partnerships: Making the most of contracts
The event aims to engage, inspire and motivate delegates to think strategically and adopt new working practices.
