All heritage is local, particularly natural heritage, and local communities are the ultimate custodians of that heritage. The survival of our heritage often depends on action at the local level.
Draft Fingal Heritage Plan 2011 – 2017 and accompanying Habitats Directive Appropriate Assessment Screening Report have gone on public display.
Hard copies of the reports can be got at the Council’s offices in Swords and Blanchardstown and in Fingal County Libraries, or else downloaded from the Council’s website at www.fingalcoco.ie
The Draft Heritage Plan is on display until 4pm on Friday 17th February 2012.
