Saturday 21st January
Full day starting at 10.00 a.m.
Learn how to construct an outdoor chair from living plum trees! Each participant will construct their own chair from scratch

Homebrewing Basics
Sunday 22nd Janurary
Half day starting at 1.00 p.m.
We will introduce the equipment, techniques and ingredients needed for beginners to brew their own ales and lagers using tins of malt

Hazel Coppicing and Coppice Crafts
Sunday 5th February
Full day starting at 10.00 a.m.
On this course you will get a chance to work first hand in Seed Savers own hazel wood, an opportunity that only comes round every 5 to 7 years.
